You’ve probably heard this term a million times since its conception but I swear by micro-habits and I cannot stress enough how these tiny changes shaped my life (especially now that I’m in my 30s).

One of my go-to micro-habits is movement in the morning.

Nothing complicated. Just a biiig stretch and then a short walk with my dogs here in beautiful Barcelona. At first, I didn’t think much of it. But over time, I noticed how much energy I had in the mornings. It became part of my daily rhythm without me even trying.

Another micro-habit I swear by is journaling. I don’t care what time of day or if my notebook has enough space. I just write!

Think: Thoughts, reflections, random lists. I write it ALL down. Journaling clears my head and it’s one of the easiest ways to track where my energy is going.

🍃 Design the life you love by using micro-habits.

Remember this: Be intentional. Remember the why. Fall in love with loving yourself.

When creating habits that’ll make your life better, always set an intention behind it. Example below,

Habit: “I want to start my day with a 5-minute stretch'“ → Intention: To focus on my body and incorporate small movements as soon as I wake up.

Cause think about it… If you don’t know why you’re doing that 5-minute stretch everyday then you might as well not do it, right? Knowing the WHY behind the WHAT is important.

Also, loving yourself isn’t selfish. Do you agree?

Know trend on social media where people romanticize everything in their life? I like that. Imagine falling so in love with the life you have that you just want to keep living everyday — that’s the goal.

I’m curious → do you have a favorite micro-habit?

🤍 I made a journal prompt prototype.

I recently made a Figma prototype I’m super excited about.

I call it “What’s your color today?”

My idea was simple: you choose a color that matches your vibe and then it reveals a journal prompt connected to that color’s energy. Sadly, I can’t share it right now since I’m on a free Figma account, but if I could, would you use it? 👀

I now spend weekends tinkering with prototypes instead of playing Sims 4 (it slowed down my laptop anyway!!).

🫶🏻 Life of Peachy on YouTube - new collab!

If you haven’t seen the recent vlog upload, you can check it out here. I featured the Once For All mandoline slicer and made butternut squash soup. It was my first time making it and it was so delicious! I’m definitely making it again 🍲

The product was gifted to me but all opinions are my own.

Please check out the description & pinned comment for a surprise!
